Mr. LaMont has served as our Senior Vice President of Capital and Construction Management since 2017. He is responsible for ensuring systematic conversion of our portfolio from traditional building systems to high efficiency, energy conserving systems as well as the incorporation of renewable energy at our asset locations. Prior to his current position, Mr. LaMont had served as our VP of Construction Management since 2014. Prior to STAG, Mr. LaMont was a Senior Program Manager for a Department of Defense contractor. Mr. LaMont holds a BSCE in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University, a MSCE in Civil Engineering (focus in Construction Management) from Northeastern University and an MBA from Babson College. Mr. LaMont is also a registered professional engineer.
