Mr. Sweeney serves as our Senior Vice President of Acquisitions for the West Region. Prior to STAG in 2004, Mr. Sweeney was employed at Fidelity Investments Real Estate Group from June 1995 to October 2004 in various capacities, most recently as an Investment Officer where he was responsible for sourcing, negotiating, underwriting, and closing private equity and mezzanine debt investments in various real estate asset types. Mr. Sweeney received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Michael’s College and has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
