Mr. Boehning serves as our Senior Vice President of Asset Management for the Northeast Region. Prior to joining STAG in 2015, Mr. Boehning served as a Senior Vice President for Linear Retail Properties from 2012 to 2015, where he was responsible for overseeing all of asset management and dispositions. He was also employed at LaSalle Investment Management, where he managed opportunistic and value-added industrial investments for LaSalle’s separate accounts and closed end funds. Mr. Boehning received his Bachelor of Science degree, from Elon University and holds an MBA, from DePaul University.
